Sourcing brief
You share product, spec, target volume and price range. We check this against our factory network and confirm whether it's feasible — and if not, we say so directly rather than force a fit.
Factory matching
We shortlist 2–3 pre-audited producers whose capability and certifications match your requirement, and share their profiles and indicative pricing.
Samples & QC
Samples are pulled from the shortlisted factory and, where needed, sent for independent lab testing before you approve moving into production.
Contract & production
Terms, pricing and the production schedule are confirmed in writing before manufacturing begins — no verbal agreements carried into a live order.
Pre-shipment inspection
We inspect the finished batch on-site against your approved sample before it leaves the factory, with photo and video confirmation sent to you.
Export documentation & shipment
Certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates and commercial documents are prepared, and the shipment is booked with your preferred Incoterm.
